World Amateur Poker Tour Memberships

The WAPT is open to all amateur poker plays.  There are two types of memberships, 1) a  Tour Membership, which has two options and can be purchase for 12 month intervals and 2) a free Player Membership.  

1. Tour Members can play in all of the WAPT events, which include competing for a free seat at the World Series of Poker, establishing their amateur world ranking on the World Ranking Point System™, competing for amateur Player of the Year, competing in National "free roll" tournaments and more.  There are two options for Tour Member, the difference being the rate which world ranking points are earned and the prizes for winning WAPT "Major" tournaments.

2. Free Player members can play in all of the WAPT events as well, however, earn World Ranking Points at a lower rate and different prizes for winning WAPT "Major" tournaments.   Free player members are not eligible for the World Series of Poker and Player of the Year competitions.

WAPT events are played at various brick and mortar and on-line poker sites such as WAPT Cardroom, Poker4Ever, FullTiltPoker, Ultimatebet, AbsolutePoker and PokerStars.  

WAPT Tour Membership 

WAPT Tour memberships can be acquired for 12 months.  There are two options for "Tour" membership, Premium and Regular.

Upgrade to a 12 Month Premium "Tour" Membership

All payments can be made through PayPal using credit card, debit card, Echeck with or without a PayPal account or just a typical PayPal account funds transfer.  A membership purchased now will be valid for 12 months until  1, 2009.  

Upgrade to a 12 Month Regular "Tour" Membership

All payments can be made through PayPal using credit card, debit card, Echeck, with or without a PayPal account, or just a typical PayPal account funds transfer.  A membership purchased now will be valid for 12 months until  1, 2009.

WAPT Player Membership

WAPT Player Membership is free.  WAPT Player members can play in all WAPT events.  Player members earn world ranking points which are used for scoring in the various on-going WAPT competitions however earn points at a lower rate than Tour members.  Free player members are not eligible for the World Series of Poker and Player of the Year competitions.  Access to most of this web site is also available to all WAPT Player members.
